A small, cluttered front office reworked into a crisp reception with marble-effect wall panels, a custom desk and a clear arrival sequence.

Where it started
The Knowledge Hub's front office was a small room with a desk, a fan and a pull-up banner. They needed a reception that looked established and made the brand the first thing visitors see.
A compact room with several doors, a lift and a window to work around. Every centimetre had to count.
Seen in 3D first
Every surface, light and piece of furniture was modelled and approved before anything was bought or built. These are the renders the client signed off.
Decisions with a reason
- We explored two directions in 3D, one in white marble and one in deep blue, before settling on a calm white scheme that lets the blue logo stand out.
- Large-format marble-effect panels with black reveals line the reception wall. Grey panelling continues around the room for durability.
- The custom reception desk is wrapped in the same marble finish with a bronze strip and a soft LED plinth.
- Warm oak-effect flooring, recessed panel lights and a roller blind finish the room simply.
