Terms and Conditions

Last updated 30 September 2026

These terms apply when you use grandopusinteriors.com or order products from our shop. By using the site, you agree to them. Design projects are covered by a separate written agreement that we sign with each client; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

About us

This website is operated by Grand Opus Interiors (Company Reg. No. 8608021), S1, Rehoboth Plaza, New Garage, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Email info@grandopusinteriors.com.

Using this website

  • Content on this site is for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but it is not professional advice for your specific project.
  • Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it or copy it in bulk.
  • Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

All designs, 3D renders, photographs, text and branding on this site belong to Grand Opus Interiors or our clients and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages. You may not reproduce our designs or images for commercial use without written permission.

Shop orders

  • Products are ordered through WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed when we have agreed the item, price and delivery with you in writing and received payment.
  • Prices are in Naira and may change without notice until your order is confirmed. Delivery costs are quoted separately.
  • Colours may look slightly different on screen. Many pieces are handmade or small-batch, so small variations are part of their character.
  • If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and in its original packaging. You cover the return delivery cost. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Design services

Consultations, design fees, payment stages, timelines and warranties for interior design projects are set out in each client’s proposal and agreement. 3D renders show the intended design; small differences can occur on site because of material availability or building conditions, and we will always discuss them with you first.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Oyo State, after we have first tried to resolve them with you directly.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
